I am going to be pausing your video and the other training videos 10 times, before I figure it out. Thanks all the same. Do you mean to tell me their staff will set it up for me? Can I understand that after 60 days if I am stuck they will refund?

I bought the MME4 and am at only the 3 training video and am stuck. I dont think this is for me. I dont know how you can say that it took you 15 mins!! Maybe this is not for me. Do you know if I will get a refund?
