Then I highly recommend that you make yourself as accountable as possible.

What do I mean by that and what are easy ways to do that?

Simple, there are 2 keys to it…

1. You announce your goal is with the 7 Minute Workout publicly

This can be either in the 7 Minute Workout members area by posting an update in the “My Profile” section or by posting a blog entry in the “Blogs” section.

Or even better, if you have a blog that you own, post an entry there in public! That has the added benefit that you can link from that post back to your 7 Minute Workout affiliate link.

I personally did this on my blog in my “A Personal Challenge” post.

Don’t worry if you can’t create a video like I did there… simple text will do as well.

2. You get yourself an accountability partner

The best way to find one is in the 7 Minute Workout members area as anybody in there does like you have the goal to improve their health & fitness to some degree.

A simple way to do it is to again, post an update in the “My Profile” section asking for somebody that is interested to become your accountability partner.

I personally was referred to 7 Minute Workout by my business partner, Colin Klinkert…so we two became accountability partners for each other.

What is your “job” as the accountability partner? If you are not being told that your partner has done his 7 Minute Workout every other day, you simply ask them… “How did your last 7 Minute Workout session go? Are you on track?”… and they will do the same with you. So, whoever starts checking, can simply tell how he or she did with the last workout and then ask.

Now… how did it all happen and why should you join us?

Check out this cool piece of software I just discovered. Video is a little cheesy but covers the key features and well worth a watch.

Man, I could bite myself into the… well, I guess I don’t have to spell it out.

I wanted to let you know about an eye opening ten minutes audio interview of Ted Nicholas.
